Blending history, the present and the future.
Once completed, there will be eight pieces of public art set along a 2-mile stretch — the pathway of the Mill Creek Flood of 1915. Each piece will stand alone, with significance to its location, yet also work together with the other seven pieces, to tell a bigger story.
The artist team leading the design and creation of the Hidden Creeks public art pieces is the Looking Glass Art Project from Erie, PA. Lead artists are Tom Ferraro, Ed Grout, and Steve Mik. Together they bring a cohesive, experienced approach to the entire process, from engaging the community in the design to the final installed project.
